1 year with GLOW
GLOW is not just a 10-day camp, it is a 1-year process that each of our campers participates in from the day of selection.

GLOW Camp
It is a 10-day camp that is held every year It brings together 50 to 100 girls from different regions of Georgia and aims to acquire and develop leadership skills and self-confidence.

"Taking GLOW home"
& GLOW clubs
After the successful completion of the camp, the participants will "bring GLOW home", which means that they will share the knowledge and experience gained at the GLOW camp by organizing various projects with the residents of their communities.
In addition to individual projects, alumni together with their foundation girls establish GLOW clubs that are more sustainable and ensure that GLOW results are sustained in the long term.

Ambassadors' Conference
Based on the quality, scale and results of the established GLOW club and the implemented projects, we invite a small part of the participants of the GLOW camp to the ambassadors' conference and grant them the status of GLOW ambassadors.
At the ambassadors' conference, the girls practice resume writing, interview techniques, project writing, and budgeting. At the end of the conference, they have the opportunity to present their written projects and receive feedback from the invited jury.

Grant Projects
After the feedback received at the ambassadors' conference, the girls continue to work on the grant application independently. The completed project application is submitted to the announced grant competition of GLOW Georgia. We finance up to 5 best projects from the applications and visit them at any stage of their implementation.
