Has 23 years of experience in managing programs funded by the European Union in Georgia. Her expertise includes community development, youth empowerment, gender equality, media and capacity building.

Has more than 15 years of experience in project, grant management and development in the fields of community development, social rights, youth empowerment, gender equality, regional media, media literacy, organizational and human capacity development.
She holds a master's degree from Tbilisi State University in the field of transformation of the South Caucasus.
